Yes. Hosting, updates, security, backups and fault fixes are part of every plan. There is no price without maintenance.

For the first 12 months you are on Managed or Growth. After that you can move to any plan with 30 days' notice. If you want to upload content yourself, we build you a tool, quoted separately, and you can start on Platform.

You pay the year in advance and get 2 months free on Platform, or 1 month free on Managed and Growth. The saving applies to the plan price only, not to add-ons. Prepayment is not refunded. If you move up a plan during the year, you pay the difference for the remaining months. If you move down, the change applies from renewal.

No. A lower price means a smaller plan. If you don't need something, we don't switch it on, but the plan price stays the same. The only price difference is annual prepayment.

The domain, the content, the data and the accounts are yours and in your name. The platform the site runs on belongs to Sociably. If you leave, you get a static copy of the site as published and an export of your data: text, photos, form data and newsletter list.

Two languages in every plan. More languages are quoted separately. We translate with the help of AI and review the result; you approve it. Technical and legal text or certifications are provided or approved by you.

Prices exclude VAT. 24% VAT is added to the invoice. You pay by SEPA direct debit on the 5th of each month, or once a year with annual prepayment. We start with a signed contract.

The platform costs about the same as Webflow. The difference is that with us, someone is responsible for it.
