Terms of use

This is an English translation. If the Greek and English versions differ, the Greek version prevails.

Last updated: 24 October 2026. These terms apply to sociably.media and to Sociably Media's plans. If we have signed a contract with you, the contract prevails.

Who we are

Who we work with

We work with businesses and professionals. We do not provide services to consumers.

How we start

  1. We design every site from scratch. For the build we send you a written offer based on your needs.
  2. Work starts with a signed contract. Plan prices apply as published on the day of signing.

What the plans include

  1. Every plan includes hosting, updates, security, backups and a fix for every fault. There is no price without maintenance.
  2. Exactly what each plan includes is shown on the Plans page and in Compare plans.
  3. Work outside a plan is charged at €75 per hour, always with an estimate before we start.
  4. You pay the ad budget directly to the ad platform. We do not guarantee specific advertising results or search engine rankings.

Prices and payment

  1. All prices exclude 24% VAT. VAT is added to the invoice.
  2. Monthly plans are paid by SEPA direct debit on the 5th of each month. Annual prepayment is invoiced once a year.
  3. If we change our prices, we notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the following month, or from renewal if you have prepaid.

Term and plan changes

  1. For the first 12 months you are on Managed or Growth. If we build you an Excel upload tool, you can start on Platform.
  2. After the first 12 months you can change plan or end our work together with 30 days' notice.
  3. Annual prepayment is not refunded. If you move up a plan during the year, you pay the difference for the remaining months. If you move down, the change applies from renewal.

What belongs to you

  1. The domain, the content, your data and your accounts (Google, Meta, email) are yours and in your name. We manage them.
  2. The platform on which the site is built and runs, its code, tools and automations belong to Sociably Media. While we work together, you have the right to use them for your own site.
  3. We may show your site in our work. If you'd rather we didn't, write to us and we'll remove it.

If you leave

Within 10 working days of the end of our work together and full payment, we deliver:

  1. A static copy of the site as published, which can be hosted on any server. It does not include the platform's code.
  2. An export of your data: text, photos, form data and newsletter list.
  3. Help moving the DNS settings.

Services that run through our platform, such as forms, the AI assistant, search and the Excel upload tool, stop when our work together ends.

What we need from you

  1. Content you have the right to publish: text, photos, logos and data.
  2. Approval of text and translations before publication. Technical and legal text or certifications are provided or approved by you.
  3. Lawful use of the site. We do not host content that breaks the law or the rights of others.
  4. Payment on time. If a payment is late, we send a reminder. If the debt remains, we may suspend services as the contract sets out.

Availability and liability

  1. Sites are hosted on Cloudflare. We do everything reasonably possible to keep them available at all times, but no internet service can guarantee it will never be interrupted.
  2. We reply within 1 working day and fix every fault. We keep every change and can restore the site to any point.
  3. Third-party services, such as Google, Meta and the ad platforms, run on their own terms. We are not responsible for their changes or outages.
  4. If something breaks through our fault, we restore the site and data from backups and fix the problem free of charge. If the site is down through our fault for more than 24 consecutive hours, we credit you one month of your plan. We are not liable for indirect damage or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to three monthly fees of your plan. This limit does not apply to intent or gross negligence.

Personal data

For data of visitors to sociably.media, the Privacy policy applies. For data on our clients' sites we act as processor, under a data processing agreement signed with the contract.

Changes to these terms

If we change something important, we notify our clients by email at least 30 days in advance. For those who have signed a contract, the contract applies.

Governing law

Greek law applies. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute.
