Last updated: 24 October 2026. We explain simply what data we collect when you use sociably.media and what we do with it.

Who we are

The controller is Sociably Media, Agia Paraskevi 153 42, Greece. GEMI number 147120345000, EUID ELGEMI.147120345000, Tax ID (ΑΦΜ) 077034367. Contact: hello@sociably.media, +30 218 219 0721. Legal representative: G. Kastritseas.

What we collect

  1. Contact form: name, business, email, phone, your choices in the form, the page you sent the message from, the source of the visit (e.g. an ad or a search) and general device details (type, operating system, browser). We do not store your IP address with the message.
  2. Newsletter: your email and, if you give it, your name.
  3. Visit statistics: only if you agree, through Google Analytics. If you don't agree, Google Analytics receives only anonymous signals without cookies.
  4. Spam protection: when you send a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you're not a bot. It uses your IP address for the check.

Why and on what basis

  1. To reply to your request and send you an offer: steps prior to a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  2. For the newsletter: with your consent, Article 6(1)(a). You can unsubscribe from every email.
  3. For statistics: with your consent, Article 6(1)(a).
  4. For form security: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f).

How long we keep it

  1. Form messages: 6 months. If you become a client, your details move to the contract and are kept as the law requires.
  2. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
  3. Google Analytics statistics: 14 months.

Who processes it for us

We work with companies that process data only on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:

  1. Cloudflare: site hosting, forms, spam protection.
  2. Maileroo: delivering form messages to our email.
  3. Acumbamail: sending the newsletter.
  4. Google: visit statistics, only with your consent.

Some of them also process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer is made with GDPR safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The site does not use cookies to work. Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) are stored only if you click ‘Accept’. We keep your choice in your browser and you can change it from the ‘Cookie settings’ link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy in a machine-readable format, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at hello@sociably.media. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are being violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
